Role Title: Engineer – Automation
Department: Project & Engineering
Location: Pune
Role Purpose: To independently manage and execute multiple automation projects while ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and delivery timelines. The role also involves commissioning activities and providing after-sales service support.
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or E&TC Engineering
Experience: 3 – 7 Years
Preferred Industry Exposure: Dairy, Food & Beverages
Key Responsibilities & KRAs
Automation Engineering & Design
Develop process logic for PLC systems and prepare detailed electrical drawings.
Prepare I/O lists and Bill of Materials (BOM) for control panels.
Select PLCs, I/O cards, HMIs, VFDs, and field instruments as per project and customer requirements.
Design PLC panels, PID panels, MCC panels, and system architecture.
Develop HMI and SCADA screens based on approved P&IDs.
