I am excited to share a 12-month contract role for an automation engineer for a large national organization in Australia. See below details -

Location & Engagement

Location: Ideally Darwin but applicants from all over Australia are considered

Engagement: 12-month rolling contract

Onsite Roster: 3 weeks onsite / 3 weeks offsite offshore

Role Overview

Offshore commissioning, moving forward to maintenance/service contract

Experience & Skills

ABB Control system 800xA and AC800M Controller experience

PMS (Power management Systems) using ABB PMS library

IEC61850 familiarity

Advantageous knowledge

  • SIS (Safety Systems) – TUV Certification
  • 3rd party PLC integration
  • Cyber security
  • Networking
  • ABB Historian products (Information Manager, History, S+ History)
  • Condition Monitoring
  • Offshore commissioning experience
