Experience in Erection, Programming, Commissioning, Calibration, Testing, Loop checking and Maintenance of all kinds of instruments used for Pressure, Level, Flow & Temperature measurements & control.
Good work experience on AC drives SINAMICS drive MM440, G120, V20, Master Drive, Servo Drive (V90, S120&S110), Yaskawa, Allen Bradley etc.
Hands on SIMATIC MANAGER,TIA, STARTER, Simotion Scout, CCW, RS Logix 500, 5000, Studio 5000 and FactoryTalk.
Installation, commissioning, programming and troubleshooting of PLC, SCADA, HM, Siemens Stardrive with safety, Motion Control Simotion and Rockwell PLC’s , Stardrive G120D, Tia portal.
Programming on software Simatic Manager, TIAV12, V13, V14, V15, V16, V17, CCW, RS Logix 500, 5000, and Studio 5000
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Automation and Robotics technologies, including system design, programming, and optimization
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Process Control for improving manufacturing efficiency and resolving equipment issues
- Solid knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles and practices in an industrial setting
- Experience with systems integration and automation in manufacturing environments
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation & Control, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with safety standards and quality management systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive approach to challenges
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and capable of meeting up critical deadlines with desired results and exemplary performance.
- Team building and Teamwork coherence with quick learning abilities
- Adaptability to diverse work environments.
