Automation Engineer
Interview process: phone screening, on-site interview, and facility tour
Duties:
You will be interfacing with customers to meet their various custom specifications and working in the Electrical Engineering team to design and program PLC and HMI hardware.
Perform quoting, design, implementation, testing, commissioning, and evaluation of automation systems
Interact with internal staff and shop floor personnel, as required, in the performance of job responsibilities
Work closely with the customer to finalize system design, controls package, and operator interface
Perform Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test
Interface with customers to meet expectations
Provide expert technical advice on PLC’s and HMI’s to customers
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field
