About the Role

The Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing low-code/no-code automation solutions to enhance customer experience, streamline communication workflows, and improve operational efficiency.The incumbent will report to the Development Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.Job Responsibilities:
