Role Responsibilities

Automation Architecture (Primary Focus)

• Build, optimize, and maintain advanced GoHighLevel workflows
• Engineer end-to-end automation systems using N8N, including:
• Webhook routing
• Multi-step logic flows
• JSON parsing
• API integrations
• Error handling & retries
• Data normalization
• Create cross-system automations connecting GHL, spreadsheets, AI services, APIs, webhooks, and third-party platforms.

AI Agent Development

• Build and customize AI conversation agents using CloseBot, OpenAI, or similar tools
• Manage tag-based logic, timing rules, and response triggers
• Troubleshoot AI-related issues using audit logs and system-level debugging
• Develop logic for interruption handling (agent pauses when human takes over)
• Maintain consistency across all seller/buyer nurture campaigns

GHL System Engineering

• Manage multi-account GHL setups including:
• Pipelines & subpipelines
• Triggers & conditional logic
• Campaign workflows
• Custom fields and data structures
• Smartlists and segmentation
• Debug complex automation issues: timing conflicts, tag interference, workflow loops
• Build funnels, forms, surveys, calendars, and tracking infrastructure
• Maintain SMS/email deliverability, phone pools, and integration health

Data & Systems Reliability

• Own data flow quality across imports, niche lists, and Signal Sniping pipelines
• Ensure clean schema mapping and automation readiness
• Diagnose inconsistencies using audit logs, workflow logs, and API logs
• Document systems, processes, and architecture changes

Work Schedule

This role requires working US-based hours:

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST)

Qualifications

Must-Have Technical Expertise

• 3+ years in GoHighLevel with proven mastery of complex workflows
• 2+ years building N8N automations or equivalent (Make, Zapier advanced)
• Experience building or managing AI conversation agents
• Ability to read API documentation and build API-driven automations
• Strong debugging skills (audit logs, triggers, campaign logic)

Must-Have Domain Knowledge

• Understanding of real estate investing workflows (preferred: wholesaling)
• Familiarity with seller dispositions, buyer qualification, pipeline stages
• Strong data hygiene and automation-governance mindset

Soft Skills

• Systems thinker with a bias for clean, scalable architecture
• Highly detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical solutions
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing, high-performance team
