About the Role

This is a remote role. We are a remote-first team.

Decade Journey is a GTM Agency. We use engineering, data, and automation to build precise, signal-based Go-to-Market systems.

You'll be a builder, working directly with the founder to ship automation that drives real revenue for our clients.

We are looking for a smart problem solver to join our team as a Junior Automation Engineer (Go-to-Market)
. You don't need 5 years of experience, but you will need to learn fast.

We will teach you how to build advanced automation systems using Clay, n8n, and AI agents.

Desired:

• STEM Background:
  You have a degree in Engineering, Math, Physics, or Computer Science.
• Builder:
  You love hacking things together. Maybe you wrote a script to automate your homework or scraped a website for fun.
• Probably a
  gamer
