Role : Automation Engineer Duration : 12 Months Location : Allen, TX (north Dallas) || Hybrid Job Description Data Center Automation Engineer (ServiceNow / Ansible / SharePoint) Key Responsibilities ·ServiceNow Automation & Integration o Design and implement Service Catalog, Workflows, Approvals, Notification rules, and Orchestration/Flows for provisioning, incident, change, and request processes. o Build ServiceNow integrations with CMDB, discovery, monitoring, and automation tools (e.g., Ansible Tower/AWX) using REST, webhooks, and MID servers. o Maintain CMDB data quality and drive data center CI relationships/attributes alignment with automation. ·Ansible & Infrastructure as Code o Develop, version, and maintain Ansible roles/playbooks for OS builds, patching, configuration drift remediation, middleware/app deployments, and compliance hardening (RHEL/Windows). o Operate/analyze Ansible Tower/AWX job templates, inventories, credentials, workflows, RBAC, and notifications; integrate ...
