Job Description
The incumbent of this position will need to work closely with other teams to help discover and eliminate issues by gathering requirements and implementing process automation. This will include hardware and/or software, but other times you will be asked to automate service or business processes._
- The goal of the Automation Engineer is to eliminate defects, errors, and problems with product or software development_ and with business processes or customer service._ He/she is responsible for monitoring all the technologies created/implemented to ensure their proper functioning and relevance.
