Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Automation Specialist to join our team on site in Toronto, 5 days per week . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in laboratory automation and a strong ability to translate scientific methods into efficient, reliable automated workflows.

In this role, you will lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of automated protocols, manage incoming automation requests, and collaborate closely with technologists, scientists, and leadership teams. This position requires a strong technical foundation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities
