Automation - CREQ192337 Description Develop test strategies, plans, and maintain automation test data
Develop and continuously improve automated tests as new system features and enhancements are developed
Implemented automation using Selenium WebDriver, JAVA, Selenium Grid, Cucumber, Maven
Understanding and Analyzing Test Requirements are roles and responsibilities for selenium tester
Automation Framework Design & Implementation
Selenium Test Environment Setup (Maven Integration, Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, and Jenkins Integration)
Inspecting Elements, Create Test Cases using Element locators and Selenium WebDriver Commands.
Enhance Test cases using Java Programming and JUnit / TestNG Annotations.
Maintenance of Automation Resources are selenium tester roles and responsibilities
Execute automated tests and manage the resulting defect log through the point of defect fix validation
Ensure the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in place and kept up to date
Identify and report to product teams questionable functions, performance concerns, and inconsistencies
Document and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework
Assist in the identification, selection, and implementation of tools, technologies, and practices that support the overall QA process
Contribute to accurate time estimates for automation test development Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution
Good exposure to Requirement traceability mapping and defect management
Good exposure to requirement tracking tools - JIRA/TFS
At least 3-7 years of experience in Testing & Engineering activities
Experience in understanding the product, analyzing user stories, performing data analysis, developing test scenario
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Ability to lead a team of performance testers
Good communication skill
Good Analytical skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
