Automation Project Engineer

We’re Hiring | Industrial Automation Engineer (3–5 Years Experience)

Location: Coimbatore | Ausweg Info Controls Pvt. Ltd.

Full-time | Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

Ausweg is looking for an Industrial Automation Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer support. If you enjoy handling real-time automation challenges and delivering quality project outputs, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy automation programming solutions using new concepts and updated technologies
• Troubleshoot issues by performing root cause analysis and delivering effective solutions
• Communicate with customers to understand requirements & pain points before implementation
• Use updated software tools for efficient programming (Eg: DIAStudio)
• Ensure all completed projects are properly documented as per Ausweg templates and standards
• Evaluate new technology trends, develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and share application use-cases
• Implement optimized programming practices to reduce logic length and improve efficiency
• Ensure offline development tasks are completed within timelines
• Provide clear documentation for delivered solutions, processes, and system changes
• Submit reports and updates to the respective reporting head on time
• Achieve project targets and work collaboratively with the team
• Mentor junior engineers and support skill development
• Lead execution for both projects and support activities, including installation & commissioning
• Work directly with customers for incident troubleshooting and resolution
• Coordinate with stakeholders to close quality metrics and ensure delivery acceptance
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and consistent development practices

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on exposure in Industrial Automation Projects
• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and deliver outputs with quality
• Customer handling & clear communication skills
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail
