This senior leader partners directly with plant teams to prepare each site for successful automation deployment, conducting readiness assessments that span lean maturity, digital infrastructure, and workforce capability. By identifying and closing operational and skills gaps—through on-site coaching, process standardization, and infrastructure coordination—the Leader directs safe, effective automation launches.
