Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Implement quality processes, tools, and methodologies to significantly improve control, accuracy, and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches through automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Serve as an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, and engage with multiple teams to contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams. Expertise in Automated Testing is required, along with advanced proficiency in Test Execution and Management, Test Automation Strategy, and Test Automation Framework.
