Job Description
As a key member of Raute’s Services group, the Automation Service Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring customer success and long-term satisfaction with Raute’s systems. In this role, you will lead the installation, start-up, and commissioning of automation equipment while building trusted, long-term partnerships with customers across North America. You will work closely with customer teams to optimize system performance, support full lifecycle utilization, and maximize the value of Raute’s solutions from commissioning through end of life.
This is a remote, field-based role, operating from a home office with regular travel to customer sites across North America (minimum 50% travel). The role offers a high degree of independence, hands-on technical engagement, and direct customer interaction.
