Automation Specialist

Position Overview: 

We are looking for a highly autonomous Automation Specialist to take full ownership of FLEX OS 1.0 — a complex no-code system built on Airtable, , and QuickBooks Online. 

This role is execution-focused and hands-on. The first phase of work will center on auditing, documenting, and stabilizing an existing automation ecosystem before expanding and modernizing it. You will act as a department of one, responsible for understanding how everything works, fixing what's broken, and laying a clean foundation for future growth. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct a full audit and documentation of all FLEX OS 1.0 logic, including: 
• Airtable bases and relational structures. 
• scenarios, routers, filters, and aggregators. 
• Identify, resolve, and document existing logic errors and system bugs. 
• Redesign and improve automation logic for clarity, reliability, and scalability.
