Automation Specialist

Sternit Fortem is hiring: Automation / AI Specialist (Trainee-Junior Level)

We're looking for a motivated Automation or AI Specialist (trainee–junior) to join a top-tier AI team focused on building solutions that drive real business value.

What we're looking for:

Interest or hands-on experience with automation and AI technologies (e.g. n8n, MuleSoft, ComfyUI, or similar)

Familiarity with RAG pipelines, AI evaluation frameworks, or applied AI workflows is a strong plus

Background in full-stack development and/or DevOps is welcome.

Experience with .NET is a big advantage, but Python or TypeScript skills work just as well.

Azure literacy is a bonus.

Strong English communication skills (B2 or higher).
