Job Description
Perform mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on automated equipment and production machinery.Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.Diagnose mechanical failures involving gears, bearings, pneumatics, hydraulics, drives, and machine assemblies.Assist with machine setups, changeovers, alignments, and system adjustments.Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new automated equipment.Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to identify and resolve mechanical issues.Document all repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following company safety standards and procedures.Recommend mechanical improvements to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
