The Automation Reliability Technician will be responsible for executing assigned tasks with a strong focus on maintaining safe work practices, delivering high-quality, precise work, and supporting a customer service-oriented culture that contributes to the success of Great Products & Service. They will ensure adherence to established standards and best practices, leveraging both training and work experience. This position also involves mentoring Reliability Electricians at levels II-IV, sharing maintenance knowledge and skillsets, while continuing to enhance their understanding of maintenance practices, equipment performance, and their impact on manufacturing processes and business goals.
