Automation Technician

Job Descriptions:

• Upload and download software and machine parameters between PC, machines, and servers
• Set up, adjust, and calibrate machines according to specifications and setup documentation
• Perform test runs to verify equipment functionality and product quality
• Align machine components and ensure proper operation
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues during setup and startup
• Collaborate with Engineering and support QC during buy-off
• Maintain accurate setup records and contribute to setup process improvements

Job Recruitments:

• NITEC in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation Engineering, or equivalent
• 2–3 years of experience in industrial automation or manufacturing engineering
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, CAD/CAM, and related software tools
