Automation Test Engineer / Quality Engineer

About the Client:

A global IT MNC company

Role : Automation Test Engineer / Quality Engineer - Selenium,Java & API Testing

Experience : 3 to 5 years

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)

Looking for candidates who are currently in a Career Break (preferably Female candidates)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts for various applications.
• Define and execute test automation strategies and plans tailored to project needs.
• Contribute to and improve the test automation framework.
• Oversee automated application build, deployment, and support processes using tools like Maven and Ant.
• Manage version control and continuous integration workflows with Jenkins and Stash.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to communicate progress and challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
• Relevant experience in test automation and software development.
• Strong background in building, maintaining, and optimizing automated test scripts, with proficiency in tools such as Selenium, FitNesse, Java, and API testing.
• Experience in the financial services domain, particularly with mutual funds .
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux, shell scripting, Tomcat, Docker, and scheduling tools like ControlM.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and practices.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
