This is a ground-floor opportunity to build expertise in process automation using tools like n8n, Microsoft Power Automate, and custom scripting.
You will learn to identify manual processes, design automation workflows, and implement solutions that save hundreds of hours across our operations. No prior automation experience required—we will train you.
What we need is exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Learn and master automation platforms (n8n, Power Automate, Zapier) Document existing manual processes with precision and clarity Design workflow diagrams and automation blueprints Build, test, and deploy automation solutions under guidance Monitor automated processes and troubleshoot issues Present automation proposals and results to stakeholders Collaborate with operations teams to identify automation opportunities Maintain documentation and knowledge bases for implemented solutions What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in BCA, B.Sc.
