Act as a single point of contact for customers and provide a delightful experience to them throughout their purchase journey.
Adhere to SOS guidelines at all times.
Assess and understand customer needs, facilitate the decision-making process on the model being considered, guide on finance options available and explain value-added services and their benefits.
Focus continuously on lead generation, efficient event planning by maximizing territory coverage and managing referrals.
Value and respect the customers time and treat customers data with utmost confidentiality.
Capture complete, accurate customer details on Sales Trac APP with the next follow-up appointment mentioned.
Ensure all customer queries are answered in detail, accurately & patiently and ensure customers understand processes being followed completely.
Ensure demonstration and test drive for all enquiries and home visits where required.
