Summary:
We are seeking a Chassis Domain Lead to provide technical and strategic leadership across chassis control systems in next-generation connected and software-defined vehicles. This role will drive architecture, integration, and delivery of steering, braking, suspension, and vehicle dynamics solutions while ensuring safety, compliance, and system performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Lead the chassis electronics and software domain, including braking, steering, suspension, and ride control systems.
2. Define and align chassis control architecture with OEM and regulatory requirements.
3. Oversee integration of ECU software (AUTOSAR, RTOS), sensors, and actuators for chassis systems.
4. Drive functional safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity compliance within the domain.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ADAS, Powertrain, HPC, Safety & Security) for seamless system integration.
6. Mentor engineering teams and ensure robust testing, validation, and system performance tuning.
7. Engage with OEMs, Tier-1s, and suppliers to shape chassis technology strategy.
8. Work closely with cross-functional teams across globe.
Professional & Technical Skills:
1. Strong domain expertise in vehicle dynamics, braking, steering, and chassis electronics.
2. Proven leadership in chassis ECU software and hardware integration projects.
3. Hands-on knowledge of AUTOSAR (Classic/Adaptive), RTOS, control algorithms, and embedded C/C++.
4. Experience with model-based development (MATLAB/Simulink, d SPACE, HIL/SIL).
5. Familiarity with CAN, Flex Ray, Ethernet, diagnostics (UDS/Do IP).
6. Deep understanding of ISO 26262 functional safety and ISO/SAE 21434 cybersecurity.
7. 10+ years in the automotive domain, with at least 3+ years in a technical/domain lead role.
8. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross functional team.
9. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

1. The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Automotive ECU Software.
2. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
