Reports to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Position Overview:  The Mills Automotive Group now operates in 7 States.  As our business expands, we are seeking a driven Controller to oversee and ensure the precision of our financial statements.
The Controller will be instrumental in implementing robust compliance measures and managing essential controls to support our financial objectives.
This role is pivotal in handling cash, factory receivables, reserves, Finance Product remittances, and overseeing product cancellations.  The role includes oversight of two Automotive Dealerships.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily bank deposits, encompassing ACH and wire transfers, ensuring meticulous record-keeping


• Perform daily reconciliation of all bank accounts to uphold financial accuracy
