Job Responsibilities

· Coordinate and manage the operations of the technical support team at the Network Assistance Center

· As an automotive technical specialist with solid diagnostic knowledge, your responsibilities will include:

· Utilizing your automotive technical knowledge to provide specialized guidance and support to the Mercedes-Benz network, using the latest digital tools available from the brand.

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams on various technical topics across the full range of Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles to identify solutions and provide answers.

· Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the automotive industry, continuously enhancing your skills through training and development initiatives.

· Support & resolve Mercedes-Benz Workshops with any technical issues

· Working in a global team to deliver diagnostic content in time, with the defined quality

· Effective communication and co-ordination with Various Stake Holders.

Experience

· Hands-on experience in diagnostics & troubleshooting of automotive electronic vehicle systems

· Experience on Aftersales diagnostic

· Experience in dealing with the different stake holders and work under challenging environment

Qualifikationen

Skills Required

· English language proficiency – excellent written and strong verbal communication skills

· Degree in Automotive Engineering or a Certification in Automotive Diagnostic.

· Experience as a workshop specialist or in automotive development is an added value.

· Knowledge of automotive technology Mercedes-Benz Systems.

· Knowledge or experience in diagnostic methodologies.

· Independent working experience with electronically controlled vehicle systems.

· Good Understating of Gasoline, Diesel engine and automatic transmission & its subsystems

· Good understanding of diagnostic tester and diagnostic tools.

· Customer oriented thinking.

· Good analytical skills for analyzing the field issues related to vehicle & diagnostic tester content

· Basic Knowledge of CAN and UDS protocol is an added advantage

· Team player.

· Motivation to learn other languages is an added value
