Automotive Diagnostics and EOL Engineer - Saltillo

Join Capgemini as an Automotive Diagnostics and EOL Engineer in Saltillo.

Your Role

Provide support for verification/validation/DVP design and for vehicle builds and high voltage testing for Propulsion System Service and end‑of‑line activities. Support Controls, Calibration, and Validation teams during development and field issue resolution.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in automotive related fields (mechanical, mechatronic, automotive design or equivalent).
  • Participate in Design Validation plan (diagnosis and functional requirements) and End of Line activities (plant support).
  • Direct the identification of diagnosis requirements for propulsion systems at plant and in post‑sales.
  • Collect requirement information for assigned components.
  • Collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams in developing diagnosis and maintenance strategies for propulsion systems.
  • Manage and keep updated requirements artifacts and documentation such as Diagnostic Synthesis table (DST), Fault Repair Trees, .odx/.cdd files for propulsion systems.
  • Collaborate with control, calibration, and validation teams during issue resolution both in field and plant.
  • Willing to attend client manufacturing plants and sales points (mainly in Saltillo).
