Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management : Lead and monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with customer requirements. Proactively address potential risks and capitalize on opportunities for new technologies.
  • Customer Relations : Act as the primary liaison for customers, leading commercial tasks and guiding project solutions. Engage in frequent communication with customers to manage project goals and timelines.
  • Market Expertise : Maintain a strong understanding of the automotive industry, including OEM processes and development milestones. Knowledge of industry standards like APQP, ESIR/ISIR, and PPAP is essential.
  • Cross-functional Coordination : Collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, Quality, and Operations teams across regions (Korea, China, and Switzerland) to drive seamless project execution and integration.
