Automotive Process Engineer (Valencia)

We are looking for Automotive Process Engineers to work for the most important Tier1, specialized in hard trim in the automotive sector based in Valencia.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in an industrial environment.
• Solid experience in the Automotive sector : welding, tooling, process validation, process documentation.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes , work instructions, packaging, factory layout, and industrial methods.
• Experience reviewing machine designs and ensuring correct implementation at supplier facilities (ability to identify issues and drive corrective actions).
• Critical thinking skills for identifying process weaknesses and communicating improvement actions.
