Roles Responsibilities:

  • Understand capture the training requirement of RD.
  • Designing and developing training for RD in close collaboration with various subject matter experts.
  • Implementing technology enabled innovations to support blended and digital learning.
  • Support to develop new customized learning solutions.
  • Identify, evaluate enroll new training agencies to cater the training need.
  • Planning Execution of training as per TNI received.
  • Vendor payment management.
  • Miscellaneous activities (MIS, SOP preparation etc.).

Required Skills:

  • MS Office (Outlook/PowerPoint/Excel/Word etc..)
  • Data management analysis

Essential:

  • B.E / B. Tech
  • Branch: Mechanical (preferred)
