Compensation

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. The salary range for this position is $75,000.00 – $115,000.00 CAD per year. The starting annual on‑target earnings is up to $195,000 CAD. The final salary will be determined based on skills, knowledge, and demonstrated expertise. The commission structure is uncapped, providing unlimited earning potential.
