Job Opportunity for the position of Automotive Service Mechanical Engineer – Vasai – Mumbai, Delhi, Pune & Chennai. 

As an Automotive Service Mechanical Engineering will be working for a service department, focusing on profitability, customer satisfaction, and team performance daily operations, Assistant technicians, assisting controlling costs, ensuring quality repairs, assisting in handling budgets, and assisting in implementing strategies for growth while ensuring compliance with safety/regulations, blending technical service and customer relations. 

Job Title: Automotive Service Mechanical Engineer – Vasai – Mumbai, Delhi, Pune & Chennai. 

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and conduct performance reviews for service technicians and support staff, fostering teamwork and high morale.

Operational Management: 

Working on daily service department workflow, manage parts inventory, ensure efficient use of technician time, and maintain service records.

Assisting in Financial Management: Develop and administer the departmental budget, control costs, and implement plans to increase productivity and profitability (e.g., upselling services).

Customer Relations:

Drive customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring high-quality repairs, explaining service needs clearly, and resolving issues effective

Quality and Compliance: 

Ensure all repairs meet safety, quality, and warranty standards; maintain compliance with OSHA, environmental, and other regulations.

Technical support: 

Stay current with automotive technology, diagnose complex mechanical/electrical issues, and guide staff on advanced repair techniques.

Business Development: 

Assisting in Developing and executing marketing plans to attract new and repeat business. 

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer 

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Minimum of 2+ years in automotive repair/service.
