What You'll Do:




  • Perform maintenance and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards




  • Diagnose issues using modern diagnostic tools and processes




  • Communicate with service advisors and supervisors




  • Keep your bay clean and safe




  • Participate in paid training and continuous learning






What We’re Looking For:




  • Ford or ASE certifications preferred, but not required to start




  • Must provide own tools. Specialty tools and diagnostic equipment are provided by the dealership.


  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record




  • Strong communication and mechanical skills




  • Eagerness to grow in the trade and take pride in your work




  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
