Automotive Service Technician

For over 60 years, Bemac Collision Group has supported Ottawa drivers by offering the best quality craftsmanship and award-winning customer experience every time. We are now looking for an Automotive Service Technician.

Responsibilities

• Keep shop and work areas clean
• Service and repair customer vehicles
• Provide estimates for tire and parts replacement on vehicles
• Keep oil and all chemicals stocked
• Keep inventory of all shop supplies up to date and stocked
• Perform and inspect vehicles for Ontario Safety Inspection
• Report any issues to the Mechanical Supervisor
• Complete estimate sheet (SOP) for body shop collision estimates and email them to appropriate personnel.
• Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles; completing preventive maintenance such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, and replacing filters.
