- Software Engineering Leadership: Lead and scale engineering teams (50–300+), driving delivery for platform software, application software, and validation/integration projects.
- Site & Business Management: Oversee site operations, including P&L, feasibility studies, market research, and formation of new legal entities. Build and operationalize global capability centers1.
