Responsibilities:

--Communicate vehicle concerns to the Assistant Service Manager (ASM)

--Diagnose and assess repairs for all vehicle concerns

--Ride along with customers if the problem persists

--Manage repair orders to ensure service completion by promise times

--Maintain a professional work station including tool box, vehicle lift, and general work area

--Achieve hourly goals

--Work closely with the parts and service departments

--Ensure quality work

--Demonstrate a “servant’s heart” by creating unique and personalized experiences

Requirements:

--High school diploma

--Technical school training

--ASE certifications are preferred

--Professional appearance and communication

--Genuine desire to serve

--Ability to multitask

--Desire for long-term career development
