Job Description

Willware Technologies is looking for a skilled AUTOSAR Developer to join our automotive software team. The selected candidate will work on developing, integrating, and validating AUTOSAR-based embedded software for Electronic Control Units (ECUs) used in automotive applications.

The role involves close collaboration with system engineers, hardware teams, and validation teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready ECU software for leading OEMs and Tier-1 clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate AUTOSAR software components (SWC, BSW, RTE) for automotive ECUs

• Configure and integrate AUTOSAR stacks using tools such as Vector DaVinci, EB Tresos, or Arctic Studio

• Perform software integration and integration testing on target ECUs

• Debug and resolve software integration issues related to CAN, diagnostics (UDS), memory, timing, and OS

• Implement and follow MISRA / CERT C coding standards

• Support CI/CD pipelines for automated build and test execution

• Work closely with system, hardware, and validation teams to ensure software meets system requirements

• Contribute to software architecture reviews, documentation, and technical reports

• Support functional safety (ISO 26262) and Automotive SPICE processes

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in AUTOSAR Classic Platform

• Experience in ECU software integration and debugging

• Proficiency in Embedded C / C++

• Knowledge of BSW, RTE, and SWC configuration

• Hands-on experience with CAN, UDS, and automotive communication protocols

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git)

• Understanding of MISRA / CERT coding rules

• Familiarity with Automotive SPICE and ISO standards
