Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced AutoSys Consultant to provide production support and administration for Broadcom CA AutoSys in a customer onsite environment. The role involves batch job scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and AutoSys administration in line with ITIL processes and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide L1/L2/L3 support for CA AutoSys production environments
  • Perform job scheduling, monitoring, and control using AutoSys GUI and CLI
  • Create, modify, migrate, and troubleshoot AutoSys jobs
  • Design and implement new batch jobs and calendars
  • Install, configure, and administer AutoSys agents
  • Support AutoSys installations, upgrades, patching , and maintenance
  • Troubleshoot job failures, agent issues, and scheduling problems
  • Work within Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes
  • Coordinate with application teams and vendors for issue resolution
  • Prepare and share operational reports with stakeholders
Must Have Skills
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Broadcom CA AutoSys
  • Strong expertise in job scheduling and batch operations
  • Experience with AutoSys GUI and CLI
  • AutoSys agent installation and administration
  • Unix/Linux knowledge
  • Shell scripting skills
Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
