Role Overview We are hiring an experienced Auto Sys Consultant to provide production support and administration for Broadcom CA Auto Sys in a customer onsite environment. The role involves batch job scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and Auto Sys administration in line with ITIL processes and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities Provide L1/L2/L3 support for CA Auto Sys production environments
Perform job scheduling, monitoring, and control using Auto Sys GUI and CLI
Create, modify, migrate, and troubleshoot Auto Sys jobs
Design and implement new batch jobs and calendars
Install, configure, and administer Auto Sys agents
Support Auto Sys installations, upgrades, patching , and maintenance
Troubleshoot job failures, agent issues, and scheduling problems
Work within Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes
Coordinate with application teams and vendors for issue resolution
Prepare and share operational reports with stakeholders
Must Have Skills 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Broadcom CA Auto Sys
Strong expertise in job scheduling and batch operations
Experience with Auto Sys GUI and CLI
Auto Sys agent installation and administration
Unix/Linux knowledge
Shell scripting skills
Education Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
