Key Accountabilities:
Work a 12-hour rotating shift.Perform safety sensitive tasks.Work around moving equipment and high-energy pneumatic and hydraulic systems.Monitor and operate ash collection equipment, water treatment equipment, and other auxiliary plant support systems.Work with manual tools to operate large valve and vessel doors. Close and open large manual valves and perform various cleaning evolutions.May drive light trucks and fork lifts.Education, Experience & Skills Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent required.Prior operations or maintenance experience preferredKnowledge of power plant fundamentals in chemistry, physics, electricity and mathematics preferred.Must be able to work a 12 hour rotating shiftMust be able to pass the POSS/MASS testWork environment requires the ability to don a respirator for ...
