Job Description

• Assist senior technicians in researching, evaluating, developing operational methods, promote and implement systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness of departmental practices
• Promptly assist customers with equipment and related software problems and questions.
• Notify appropriate personnel when established standards or guidelines are violated
• Conduct user polls, questionnaires, and other information-gathering activities
• The analyst must be able to administer, maintain, and install either alone or as a member of the Auxiliary Services Team, all Auxiliary Services supported technologies.
