Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with government clients.
  • Monitor government procurement schedules and ensure timely participation in tenders and bids.
  • Prepare proposals and provide support based on client requirements.
  • Represent the company in government related conferences, meetings, events, and bidding activities.
  • Prepare and check bidding documents.
  • Ensure all dealings comply with government procurement laws.
  • Stay updated on government policies and regulations on procurement and opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
  • Prospect new clients through telemarketing, sales calls, meetings, and demos, both virtual and physical.
  • Manage existing accounts.
