About the Role:


  • Support and troubleshoot professional AV systems within an Intune-managed workplace.

  • Deliver first and second line IT support to ensure efficient operation in live meeting environments.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • A strong understanding of AV systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating system and related software applications. A solid background in network fundamentals is also essential for success.
