The Role:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Hologram Specialist to join our hardware team. This role will be responsible for working with sensors, PCs, projectors, and screens to support holographic solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, the ability to learn and deploy software, and excellent communication skills for handling post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and configuring holographic hardware, including sensors, PCs, projectors, and screens.
• Learn and deploy software solutions required for holographic experiences.
• Provide post-sales support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deployment of holographic solutions.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on system usage and maintenance.
• Document issues, solutions, and technical procedures for internal and client reference.
• Ensure timely resolution of client concerns, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with R&D and engineering teams for continuous product improvements.

Ideal Profile:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience or knowledge in working with hardware components such as sensors, projectors, and display screens.
• Basic understanding of software deployment and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Preferred Experience:

• Hands-on experience with holographic or immersive display technologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with networking, AV setup, and system integration.
