• To work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to maintain and enhance controls you are responsible for to support improvement of the overall control environment, customers outcomes and a reduction in M&G plc's operational risk.

• Support delivery of an industry-standard, best-in-class ITSM/SIAM strategy.

• Drive consistent ITSM policies, processes, and procedures that harmonise Service & Integration Management and add business value.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Availability Management process aligned with ITIL best practices.

• Monitor, measure, and report on service and component availability, ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
