We are expanding our Avaloq practice and are looking for experienced Avaloq professionals across multiple roles to join our growing team. If you have strong hands-on experience with the Avaloq Core Banking Platform and are looking for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you.

Open Roles (Multiple Positions)

We are hiring for the following Avaloq roles:

• Senior Avaloq Developer
• Avaloq Technical Business Analyst (Tech BA)
• Avaloq Test Manager / Test Master
• Avaloq Project Manager (PM)
• Avaloq Solution / Technical Architect

Key Responsibilities (Role-based)

Depending on your role and experience, responsibilities may include:

For Developers / Architects

• Design, develop, customize, and enhance Avaloq core banking solutions
• Strong hands-on experience in Avaloq scripting (PL/SQL, ACP, APIs, parameterization)
• Performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system integration
• Provide technical guidance and solution design for complex requirements

For Tech BA

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Avaloq technical solutions
• Strong understanding of banking domains (Payments, Securities, Wealth, Corporate Banking, etc.)
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams

For Test Manager / Test Master

• Lead Avaloq testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing
• Define test strategies, test plans, and ensure quality delivery
• Hands-on experience with Avaloq test scenarios and banking workflows

For Project Manager

• Manage Avaloq implementation / upgrade projects end-to-end
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience for mid-level roles; 8+ years for senior/architect/PM roles
• Strong experience with Avaloq Core Banking Platform
• Good understanding of banking and financial services domains
• Experience working in implementation, migration, upgrade, or support projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Location & Work Model

• India – Onsite / Hybrid (depending on project)
• Singapore – Onsite
• Candidates should be open to location-specific work requirements
