Job Title: Key Account Manager (AV Industry)


Experience: 10–15 Years


Locations: Gurgaon / Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad


Key Responsibilities


- Manage and grow strategic, high‑value client accounts in the AV industry.


- Drive business acquisition and identify growth opportunities within assigned regions.


- Build strong relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor.


- Partner with internal teams (sales, technical, delivery) to ensure client needs are met effectively.


- Create and present account plans, forecasts, and performance reports.


- Negotiate client contracts and renewals in line with company objectives.


- Address client escalations, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.


Desired Profile


- 10–15 years of Key Account Management experience, ideally in the audio-visual (AV) industry.


- Proven track record in business acquisition and growing client relationships.


- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen.


- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
