About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Regional Installation Manager to lead and oversee AV (Audio-Visual) installation projects across the Bangalore region. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AV systems, hands-on project execution, team leadership, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage end-to-end Audio-Visual (AV) installation projects.

• Coordinate with project managers, technicians, vendors, and clients to ensure all installations meet technical and quality standards.

• Manage regional installation teams, ensuring task allocation, performance tracking, and on-site support.

• Oversee project timelines, materials planning, and work schedules for successful project delivery.

• Conduct site surveys, review technical drawings, and ensure compliance with installation guidelines.

• Resolve on-site challenges and provide technical guidance to teams and clients.

• Maintain strong relationships with regional stakeholders, including clients and vendors.

• Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are followed during installations.

• Prepare regular progress reports and escalate issues when required.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in AV (Audio-Visual) installations, integration, and project coordination.

• Strong knowledge of AV equipment, integration standards, cable management, networking basics, and installation best practices.

• Experience managing large teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex installation issues on-site.

Preferred Qualifications

• Local Bangalore candidates are strongly preferred.

• Working proficiency in Kannada to ensure smooth communication with on-ground teams, vendors, and local stakeholders.
