Develop new business
Identify/market additional business opportunities
for existing clients
Client relations management
Participate in proposal presentations
Utilize CRM for tracking all business
development activities
Meet with new/existing clients to gather project
information
Develop proposal sections and scopes of work
with technical staff
Management responsibilities:
Manage overall financial performance and day-to-day
operations
Implement growth/sales plans
Develop strategic plan for department
Manage/deliver quality aviation projects
on-time and within budget
