**Aviation Maintenance Technician – Keep Excellence in the Air**
**Location:** Wichita, KS | **Pay:** $28.00–$40.00/hr (DOE) | **Job Type:** Full-Time, Contract

**Your Role in the Mission**
As an Aviation Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the backbone of operational excellence, performing critical inspections, maintenance, and repairs on some of the most sophisticated aircraft in the skies.
**Your Daily Impact:**
+ Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and maintain customer aircraft to the highest safety and quality standards
+ Interpret engineering drawings, technical manuals, and documentation to execute precise repairs
+ Communicate directly with customers to assess issues and deliver solutions
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and compliant aircraft readiness
+ Document all work performed in accordance with regulatory and company policies
**What You Bring to the Team**
**Required:**
+ A minimum of 18 months of hands-on aviation maintenance experience
+ Ability to read and interpret complex engineering and technical documents
+ Must be eligible to obtain a Repairman Certificate within 75 days if not already licensed
**Preferred:**
+ Active Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and critical thinking skills
+ Experience with business or corporate aircraft maintenance

**Pay Details:** $28.00 to $40.00 per hour
